We’re delighted to announce that we have two different types of weekly wellbeing sessions happening in the Centre over the coming weeks.
On Wednesdays, join Denise for Wednesday Wellbeing every week 4:45 – 5:45pm in The Front Room at The Bircham. Denise runs a supportive, gentle and grounding session in which you will find yourself switching from stress to peace. You will enjoy gentle movement to music (both seated and standing), breathwork and visualisation to improve health and tapping techniques and finger holds to increase confidence and release tension. Sessions are low cost, towards the cost of the room.
On Thursdays, we welcome Kevin Howell’s new weekly meditation class, starting Thursday 16th January at The Bircham Centre, 3-4pm. Kevin, the facilitator, has been involved in meditation for more than 40 years. ‘Meditation is more than a relaxation method and is better described as learning to rest in your quiet centre, dealing with your “monkey mind” and enhancing the state of “loving awareness”. Meditations enhance awareness of breath, body sensations, sound, thoughts, memories and emotions.’ Everyone is welcome. Only £4 per session to cover essential costs. No equipment needed, just bring yourself!
